Which currencies do you accept?

We accept only Bitcoin.


Do you accept Lightning payments ⚡?

Yes! And we even encourage you to try and see the maturity that the Lightning Network has reached over the last year!

 

How many blockchain confirmations do you require?

To start fulfillment process we need just 1 confirmation if you pay on-chain. And 0 if you pay using Lightning ⚡

 

My invoice expired, however in the meantime my payment confirmed, what can we do?

Please contact us here with the following details and we will send the payment back to you:

  • the email used for your order
  • your order ID
  • a destination bitcoin address or a lightning invoice to send your refund

 

How do I track my order status?

A Shipping Confirmation is sent to the email address you have registered in the website upon placing your order. The email contains tracking link where you could check the status of your order.

 

Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?

An order confirmation with order summary will be sent to you through email right after you have placed your order.

We will also send email to keep you updated frequently on your order status.

 

Where do you ship and how much does it cost for shipping fee?

We are shipping Worldwide* (South and North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, Russian Federation etc.) and shipping is always FREE. 

 *Exceptions are:

  • India.
  • Indonesia.
  • China.
  • Afghanistan.
  • Pakistan.
  • Iraq.
  • Malaysia.

 

When will I receive my order?

After you have successfully placed your order, give us 1-5 days for fulfillment. You can expect to receive your order within 2-5 weeks from the date of purchase.

*Our courier service is unable to provide scheduling of deliveries; therefore we cannot guarantee delivery of your order for a specific time or date. Yet you can be assured we are working closely with our service partners to allow us to better serve you in the future.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is not delivered because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.
